What to Bring when bringing your Machine in for Service
- Sewing Machine
- Bobbin & Bobbin Case
- Foot Control depends on the machine, so bring it and we will let you know
- Bernina Walking Feet (Doesn't need to come in every time, but if you use it often bring it in with your machine's regular service)
- Power Cord if your machine is not a Bernina or a Janome.
- Stitch samples and thread if you are having a problem with the stitch quality

That is all we need. We don't need any extra accessories or even the embroidery module unless you have an issue with your embroidery.
