Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping options based on order total:

• Economy Shipping: Available for orders under $50.
• Priority Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50.

Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Books, patterns, and fabric cuts cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee: All machines are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Class Policies

• Supply List: Find the class supply list online or in-store under the respective class section.
• Discount: Enjoy a 10% discount on all class supplies; remind us it's for your class.
• Pattern Requirement: Each participant must purchase their own pattern; no sharing due to copyright restrictions.
• Class Cancellation: Gloversville Sewing Center reserves the right to cancel any class, providing a full refund to affected participants.
• Participant Cancellation: Notify us at least 7 days before the class starts for a credit towards store products or another class.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before class may result in forfeiture of fees, unless we can fill your spot.
• Class Etiquette: Out of consideration for allergies, please refrain from wearing perfumes. Arrive promptly with all required materials; the store opens at 9am for any last-minute needs. Please silence cell phones during class; step outside for calls.
